Tiffany Diorio has always had a gift for making people feel special. Long before she launched In Your Dreams Sleepovers, she was the mom creating elaborate birthday parties for her daughters, the kind that left kids (and parents) talking for weeks.

Originally from Las Vegas and based in Florida since 2009, Tiffany spent years working in restaurants and later as a receptionist and billing specialist at a law firm. But the pull toward event planning never went away.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, Tiffany made a move that most people would have considered risky: she launched a business. Together with three close friends, she turned her passion for creating magical moments into In Your Dreams Sleepovers.

“I dared to follow my dream to build a business that helps busy parents create magical memories for their children, without all the hassle and stress.”

Today, In Your Dreams Sleepovers serves families throughout Hillsborough and Pasco County, and has expanded well beyond birthday parties to include bachelorette events, anniversary setups, and everything in between.
