How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better. Popular themes and weekend dates fill up fast, especially in spring and summer, so we recommend reserving at least 3 to 4 weeks ahead when you can.
How does payment work?
A $100 deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event, and you can pay online through our booking system.
Which areas do you serve?
We cover most of Hillsborough and Pasco County, including Tampa, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, and Wesley Chapel. Delivery fees may apply for some areas; see our How It Works page.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely. Add spa add-ons, party favors, balloon garlands, and more from our package upgrades, or ask about a fully custom theme.
