What can I expect from an In Your Dreams Sleepovers party?
We deliver, assemble, and style your chosen teepee theme before your guests arrive, beautifully decorated with bedding, décor, throw pillows, fairy lights, and more. Setup typically takes 60–90 minutes for 6–8 teepees; breakdown takes 45–60 minutes. All you need to do is clear the party room!
Booking & Payment
How do I book?
- Message us about availability via the Book a Rental page.
- After discussing your theme and date, we’ll send a deposit request. Confirm and pay the deposit to lock in your date.
- Select any add-ons at least 2 weeks prior.
- Finalize details and pay your balance 2 weeks before the event.
How does payment work?
A $100 deposit is required to secure your date, paid online through our booking partner, HoneyBook. The final balance invoice is due 2 weeks before your event.
Space & Setup
How much space do I need?
We recommend a minimum of 3ft × 8ft per teepee. We’ll work with you on layout to make the most of your space, just make sure there’s walking room between teepees.
Can the teepees be used outdoors?
Our A-frame teepees are for indoor use only. For outdoor events, we offer an Outdoor Bubble Tent option. Check the Pricing page for details.
Cleanliness & Care
What are the cleaning procedures?
All bedding is laundered after every use. Hard surfaces are thoroughly wiped down with disinfectant between every party. We provide laundered pillowcases for each guest but do not provide standard bed pillows for sanitary reasons, so please ask guests to bring their own. COVID precautions: linens machine-washed, fabrics spot-cleaned with antibacterial solution; setup staff wear masks and gloves.
Is there anything else I should know?
Hosts are responsible for any damage to equipment. This includes damage from glow stick leakages, slime, candy, colored drinks, or any other messy activity. Please conduct any crafting activities away from the teepees. We ask for a pet-free and smoke-free setup environment.
